Terry Brown

Terry joined OneShield as Chief Insurance Officer in September 2026, bringing more than two decades of experience leading property and casualty technology organizations. In this leadership role, Terry helps shape OneShield's industry strategy and its AI initiatives, working across the company to ensure the solutions OneShield builds reflect how insurers operate.

After graduating from Miami University, Terry filled multiple roles within an insurance carrier before spending nearly 20 years at Insuresoft, including several years as President and the public face of the company, where she was known for deep domain credibility with carriers and close relationships across the industry. She later served as COO and Group Leader at Vencora Americas, overseeing operations across a portfolio of insurance software businesses.

At OneShield, Terry works closely with industry analysts, strategic partners, and customers. She is guided by a simple belief that great software starts with listening to the people who use it.
