As GM and VP of Programs for OMS, Cole oversees the full lifecycle of all client implementations, from discovery through launch, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the program.

Beyond delivery, Cole and his Programs team serve as partners and trusted advisors to clients, focused on optimizing their use of OneShield product capabilities to drive meaningful business outcomes. Cole also contributes to executive-level strategy and initiatives across talent management, sales, delivery, and product.

Before joining OneShield, Cole built his career in start-up and innovation-driven environments, bringing an entrepreneurial perspective to his approach to leadership, problem-solving, and client engagement.
