The instructor-led courses utilize proven education templates with hands-on practice to accelerate the transfer of knowledge and skill. Our courses accommodate both the manager who is interested in the basics of our products and the programmer who needs to know the details and specifications of the system.
OneShield training is supported by a formal facilitation process that serves to make client personnel familiar with the Dragon Engine, as well as the Dragon Designer and Version Manager. A variety of customized training programs can be structured to meet the needs of the resource mix of the client organization - ranging from insurance product setup for business analysts to system database tuning for the technology operations staff.
