Workflow
The Dragon workflow engine provides a framework by which discrete, highly reusable actions can be “wired” together into workflows customized to each client's specific business requirements, including tailored workflows by line of business, program, and end user roles. It offers a range of features:
- Create and customize discrete workflows by role, product, risk characteristic, and transaction type
- Configure action sequences, milestones and next step processing
- Create and manage both manual and system generated tasks/activities
- Provide “in boxes” or “tasks lists” for each end user
- Generate email notices with contextual hyperlinks in the system for task assignment, alerts of pending tasks, and calls for action
- Log activity to establish benchmark service parameters
