Partner Management
In addition to providing CRM functions, Dragon also provides a robust partner management module that manages multiple types of partners including retail agents, wholesalers/program managers, reinsurers, and inspection companies. Additional partner types can also be configured and incorporated into the workflow.
Partner management functions include the delegation of user management to the partner. Agent functions include tracking of errors and omissions insurance, licenses, appointments, brokerage agreement tracking, and commission tracking. Reinsurer functions include the ability to track treaty and facultative agreements as well as policy associations to treaties.
