Document Management
Dragon provides both document generation and management capabilities via a combination of our system and third-party partners:
- Acquisition: file-attachment, fax-in of paper documents for real-time imaging and upload of electronic documents
- Organization/Association: associate a document with any defined object. For example, documents can be stored as associated with a customer, a policy, a particular vehicle associated with a policy, etc.
- Search/Retrieval: search for documents by its associated object, with the document content-type, and several other document attributes
- Version management: operate either in a replace, or a versioned mode
- Interoperate with desktop email to send outbound mail messages with attached documents
- Generate forms: generate in PDF, Word, or HTML for print or email, including forms control of recipients and distribution through intelligent rules
- Imaging: via tight integration with third-party partners where workflows can be driven back and forth between the two systems
