Glenn Anschutz, President and Chief Executive Officer
Glenn has held a series of senior level positions at Fortune 500 companies with responsibilities including operations management, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity management. He has significant strategic and operational experience and has managed several successful early stage companies and directed several successful turnarounds.
Vivek Gujral, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Vivek is OneShield's co-founder and led the design and implementation of the OneShield suite of products. His prior experience includes product management, product development and acquisition integration in the financial services industry.
Jeff Liotta, Vice President of Engineering
During his career, Jeff has run Engineering and QA teams at a variety of technology companies in organizations ranging in size from startup/pre-IPO companies to large established companies with revenues of $500M-$1B. Jeff has considerable experience in delivering Enterprise Solutions in a number of market segments as well as managing organizations spread across multiple domestic and global sites including significant offshore development resources.
John McManus, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer
Before joining OneShield, John held a number of senior management positions including Vice President and Counsel for the Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company (HSB) and prior to that, Counsel at United Technologies Corporation (UTC). At HSB and UTC John was responsible for major transactional initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, private equity investments, partnership agreements and joint ventures.
Heather Peacock, Executive Vice President, Client Delivery and Services
Heather plays a key role at OneShield in both managing sales activities as well as the business delivery team to ensure successful customer implementations. She has over 15 years experience in the insurance industry, including roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in IT and as a commercial lines producer. She also has extensive experience in managing professional service organizations for the delivery of policy administration systems at both OneShield and for a prior insurance software company.
John Rikala, Vice President, Development
John has over 30 years experience in the Information Technology field, including 15 years of IT management, 3 years in Consulting Services, and 12 years in business application development positions in Insurance, Financial Services, System Integration, and Business Services. Before joining OneShield, John held a number of positions at Fidelity Investments including Project Manager, Development Manager, and Director of Development. John has also formerly worked at Keane, Inc. as a Consulting Manager and Senior Consultant.
Liza Smith, General Manager Global Operations
Liza Smith has been focused on providing insurance companies software solutions for over 12 years. She joined OneShield to spearhead our entry into international markets and as GM of Global Strategy, Liza is responsible for our global expansion efforts. Previously, she held the position of Vice President, Global Head of Insurance for EMC Document Sciences and was responsible for the company's largest vertical. Former positions also included, General Manager at Insurance Services Office and North American Marketing Manager and Alliance Director for insurance software provider Sherwood International.
Tim Steele, Senior Vice President of Client Services and Sales, US
Tim is currently Senior Vice President, Client Services and Sales for OneShield, responsible for managing all sales and providing strategic support and alignment with existing clients in the United States. Prior to joining OneShield, Tim led projects for a private software consulting organization and also was part of a start-up organization that created an internet insurance marketplace. Tim started his career with major carriers, managing various surety and specialty insurance business units over a 10 year period.
