Professional Services staff
The OneShield professional services staff comprises former insurance business analysts, underwriters, producers, IT operations staff, and project managers. While average experience is 12 years, several staff members offer more than 25 years of insurance experience.
Our professional services staff have worked for companies such as Hanover Insurance Group, Hartford Steam Boiler, Liberty Mutual, AIG, Commerce Insurance, Sentry Insurance, Seaco Insurance, Harleysville Mutual, Peerless, Plymouth Rock, Sun Life, and Lumber Mutual. In addition, staff memers hold designations such as CPCU, ARe, AAI, insurance producer licenses, and PMP project management certifications.
Technical Staff
A highly qualified team of software developers with an average of 20-30 years of experience developed the OneShield Core system and continue to enhance it. This group has collective experience building and maintaining highly scalable, mission-critical systems at Fidelity Investments, Thomson Financial, WebMD, and other world-class companies.
